d by Bureau Veritas or another recognized organization. Assessment Outc
ome/s:Determine a record of uninterrupted welding activity within four con
secutive six-month periods before the expiration of the welding certificat
ion.Conduct welding inspection during the welder’s performance and affix
the surveyor’s / inspector’s / assessor’s or qualified instructor
’s stamp or signature in the test coupon for an acceptable result.Determ
ine a welder's level of skills based on the pre-defined criteria stipulate
d in the Competency Evaluation Sheet. Entry Standard/s: Any personnel must
have one of the following: Completed in-house 6G Welding Training for Cla
ss CertificationPassed in-house 6G pre-assessment with recommendation of a
