UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUE CORPORATION

Universal Management Technique Corporation or UMTC is composed of Atty. Carmelo M. Mendoza (a former incorporator of UAS) and 6 former employees of UAS as its incorporators.

UMTC is the product of a great evolution.  An evolution of a professional practice in the business of credit and collection geared not only for profit gains but for social service as well.  Great experience, hardwork, trust, professionalism, and arduous training of great young minds brought this about.

UMTC primarily and mainly provides judicial and extra-judicial collection and recovery services:  We collect and negotiate payment arrangements (compromise agreements) including dacion en pago and file appropriate cases in court subject to prior consent and approval of our clients.  Our experience includes extra-judicial and/or judicial collection management involving bank loans, credit extended by pharmaceutical companies and consumer commodity groups, insurance companies, etc…  We have worked on property checking and personal background investigation including individual/corporate financial and risk assessment.  We are starting to extend our services to Real Estate Mortgages and its allied services.
