Asian Cuisine
This course aims to enhance knowledge and skills in preparing Asian Cuisine while following food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
It covers competencies in improving knowledge of the different culinary customs of Asian countries and their respective cuisines while emphasizing preparing and cooking traditional Filipino dishes.
Training Outcome/s:
After the training, participants must be able to:
- Identify the popular Cuisines in Asia
- Understand the history, culture, and culinary traditions in Asia
- Recognize the common Asian ingredients
- Demonstrate practical cookery in Asian Cuisine
