Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) Familiarization Webinar

The webinar aims to familiarize deck officers, engine officers, and masters with the CII regulation that took effect as of January 2023 and the application of the CII required by the company.

Training Outcome/s:

• explain the new CII regulation;
• explain the procedures required by the cop and fulfill the CII regulation;
• demonstrate the application of the reefer correction factor, to be submitted to the company; and
• demonstrate the application of speed and engine power management required by the company to save fuel oil and CO2 emissions
