This course aims to enhance trainees' knowledge and skills in preparing Chinese Cuisine while following food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. 

It also covers the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to develop and validate their competencies in Chinese Cuisine. It encompasses the study of the history, culture, and culinary traditions of Chinese Cuisine.

  • Practice food safety sanitation, and hygiene
  • Cook dishes of Chinese cuisine
