This evaluation program aims to determine the competency of Operational Level Engineers in engine watchkeeping. In order to establish their current competency and or eligibility for promotion.
Assessment Outcome/s:
After the evaluation, the assessor should be able to:
- determine competence;
- identify strengths and weaknesses; and
- make recommendations for further training to address weaknesses.
