The course aims to develop the leadership, teamwork and communication skills of Marine Engineer Officers, Prospective Engineer Officers and Electro Technical Officers by applying engine room resource management principles.

Training Outcome/s:

After the training, the trainees should apply the principles of efficient engine room resource management during engine watch keeping, in normal and emergency situations in a simulated scenario.
