Introduction to  Hybrid Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems Webinar

The webinar aims to provide Marine Engineering Officers with updated training on the operation of marine exhaust gas cleaning systems, under MARPOL 73/78 Annex VI regulations, maritime industry standards, and operational manuals.

Training Outcome/s:

• define the MARPOL 73/78 Annex VI requirements related to the use of fuel oil following Resolution MEPC.320 (74)
• compare different local regulations of air pollution prevention requirements against international regulations
• define the different exhaust gas cleaning system technology
• identify the functions of the wash water treatment system
