This course aims to enhance and develop the cooks' knowledge and skills in preparing HALAL cuisine.
Based on HALAL standards, it covers competencies in implementing food sanitation, safety, and hygiene in preparing, cooking, and baking dishes.
Training Outcome/s:
After the training, participants must be able to:
- Practice food safety, sanitation, and hygiene
- Define Halal Cuisine
- Prepare Halal dishes and baked goods
