Indian Cuisine

This course aims to enhance and develop the cooks' knowledge and skills in preparing Indian cuisine.

It covers competencies in implementing food safety, sanitation, and hygiene by HACCP standards when preparing, cooking, and baking dishes based on Indian cuisine.

Training Outcome/s:

After the training, participants must be able to:

  • Implement food safety and sanitation. 
  • Define culinary customs in Indian cuisine. 
  • Identify ingredients used in preparing Indian dishes. 
  • Prepare Indian dishes.
  • Bake Indian bread.
