Seafastening with Plasma Cutting Familiarization

This course aims to provide knowledge, skills, and understanding of safe working practices in welding, plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting, and gouging in accordance with industry standards.

Training Outcome/s:
  • Perform welding using Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
  • Perform Oxy-acetylene Cutting
  • Perform Plasma Cutting
  • Perform gouging using Air Carbon Arc 
Entry Standard/s: 
  • Engine personnel with experience in using SMAW
Training Duration: 3 training days
